Surviving

I believe that an economic collapse is highly probable. Everything is so out of control, I can see us easily swapping our global position from a 1st World Country straight to a 3rd World Country. Instead of giving assistance, we will be given assistance.

Most any homeowner already has one of the most basic needs fulfilled: Shelter. If your a renter, like I am, I hope that your saving to purchase your own home. In an economic collapse, rent prices will stay the same, but your income will be a lot lower or non-existant.

Once shelter is taken care of, now it's time to think about whats most important: Water, and food. eFoods Global sells rations for a reasonably good price. They offer 6 free samples of their products after watching a short video on how important having emergency foods are. Here is a link to your free samples.

Now I am skeptical about the whole zombie apocolypse, "Git your guns 'n ammo" attitude. I think that if you don't believe even the economic collapse, at least look at Joplin, Hurricane Katrina, Japan and Haiti's Earthquakes, Indonesia's Tsunami, and many other disasters that have rendered an area or even the whole country completely helpless.

If you walk in your kitchen and opened your pantry, how many days would your family last on only the food you have now. One? Three? Maybe a week? When a natural disaster happens, the first thing that clears out is the grocery store shelves. Think about that.
